Everyone creates their own presentation. We’ll put together an initial proposal by gathering images, your logo, and a brief description from your website. We’ll include links to your website (or Facebook) and Instagram.
If you'd like to make changes to the images and text, please send your material to redaktion@visitgamlastan.se.

If your website has a calendar or a page with basic information about an event (image, date/time, location, and event description), our AI can add the event to the Old Town Event Calendar.
We’ll link back to your website and to your ticketing solution.The solution works best when your events are listed on a separate page with its own URL. If there is no image for the event, the AI will replace it with another image from your website first, and if that’s not available, with a generic image.
Images must be in jpg, png, or tiff format, and should be in landscape orientation for best results on our site.

To appear under "Opening Hours," you must have an active Google Business profile with up-to-date opening hours and give your consent for our AI to connect to your Google Business profile.
When you apply for membership, we’ll add your Google Business profile to our platform. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to provide your consent, which is a legal requirement from Google so that our AI can publish your business hours on our platform.

We want to make it as easy as possible for visitors to find your business hours. Our solution automatically retrieves the hours directly from your Google Business Profile—so you don’t have to update them in multiple places. Öppettidskollen is an AI solution developed in partnership with Iperiferi AB.
To activate this, simply complete a quick one-time registration here:

The opening hours from your Google Business profile will then be automatically updated on your own website—no more double work is needed; instead, the information on Google Business is accurately reflected on both VISIT STAN and your own website.
